CONCIERGE DESK

Our Concierge Desk is located adjacent to Prouds the Jewellers and Angus & Coote.

Our friendly Customer Service staff are here to help. They can assist with everything including:

  • Directions to stores
  • Purchasing Gift Cards
  • Mobility Equipment Hire
  • Lost and Found
  • Transport Information

We provide our customers with complimentary hire of wheelchairs or mobility scooters whilst visiting the centre. Equipment is available to be hired out during Concierge Desk hours. To reserve your scooter or wheelchair, speak to our friendly Customer Service team on (07) 3817 9600.

Concierge Desk Hours:

  • Mon – Sat (exc Thur):  9am – 4:30pm
  • Thursday: 9am – 9pm
  • Sunday:  10am – 3pm

GIFT CARDS

We make gift giving easy with our Strathpine Centre Gift Cards. Redeemable at all stores where EFTPOS is available, recipients of the gift card can choose to shop for essentials, upgrade on the latest electronics, spoil a loved one with a night out at our Casual Dining and Entertainment Precinct or perhaps redecorate the home.

Available from $10 up to $1050 (in Centre). The Strathpine Centre Gift Card is valid for a period of 36 months from the issue date and must be redeemed before the expiry date.

VISITING WITH CHILDREN

Parents with Pram Parking
30 pram parking spaces are conveniently provided at most entrances to the centre. 30 convenient undercover spaces are located right by the Target entrance, in addition to the 385 undercover parking spaces located in the basement.

Parents’ Rooms
Our Parents’ Rooms cater to parents with children of all ages, offering access to private feeding areas, amenities and baby change areas within a comfortable, clean environment. Our comfortable parents’ rooms are located near both restrooms, in the corridor near Australia Post and under the travellator to our Entertainment Precinct. They offer multiple feeding rooms, child and adult toilets, nappy changing areas, televisions, play equipment and a microwave.

Breastfeeding Mums
Strathpine welcomes breastfeeding. Feel free to breastfeed your little one anytime, anywhere in the shopping centre.

KIDS PLAYGROUNDS

Strathpine Centre offers two indoor kids play areas, one located opposite Target and the located in our outdoor dining precinct opposite Hello Harry, Rashays and Burrito Bar. All are open during core trading hours and always require parental supervision.

Please follow the COVID safety guidelines before visiting the playground. You can find these located at the entrance along with complimentary sanitiser.

FREE WIFI

Anyone can access this with a wi-fi enabled device.

How to connect:

  • Select _FREEWiFi@strathpinecentre to join our network.
  • Register via email or social media (the system will remember you next time).
  • You are connected when you reach the Strathpine Centre website or when you see the Wi-Fi symbol.

DISABILITY ACCESS

Strathpine provides reserved disability parking, wheelchair access via ramp and lift and disabled toilets, which are located down the corridor near Australia Post and underneath the travelator to our Entertainment Precinct. Disabled car parks are near each entrance.
